Le Tirzah Beauty & Spa

Create a branding strategy for an identity system and collateral material. This branding strategy will include a personal initials logo plus color scheme, font family, design elements and grid/layout structure.

My design decision was to use my own initials (I, T, R), which consist a combination of sans serif, serif, and script font. Indeed, the logo needed some hierarchy than the other components. In settling the logo with the brown box with the initials inside created balance and hierarchy.

SFMOMA

In here, I have to create a new logo for the SFMOMA along with the poster-mailer. Akerman is one of the essential figures of contemporary avant-garde, moving image art—showing her work now both in gallery installation & screening printings.

Graphically, the front side of the poster will emphasize a major Chantal Akerman film retrospective. The back-side should clearly communication appropriate information about programs and ticketing information. The color of black and green were used for this poster-mailer.

Designer Booklet

First, I did an extensive research with the assigned graphic designer was required, Paula Scher. In looking at her work, I got an inspiration to the whole design with the color black and yellow. How can you bring the magic of the story to life through type and imagery? She used both of these color in several Public Theater poster and it gave dynamic force to the poster. Also, the decision to use sans serif throughout the booklet.

Goddess Perfume

I had to create a perfume package for a celebrity. Use type, materials, shape, form, and color to capture the character, personality, and attitude of the celebrity.Victoria Beckham was my personal choice for perfume celebrity. Being an English pop singer, designer, and author, it leads her to fame.

This project will create a model for a new perfume brand "The Goddess" by Victoria Beckham for young professional women. The design fo teh Goddess perfume packaging should capture the essence of Victoria Beckahm's personality. Indeed, the packaging is classy and edgy with the combination color of hot pink, dark brown, and black. The outer packaging is in the shape of square or diamond with intricate pattern design and stripes of velvet ribbon around it. For the bottle, I wanted to have mesh material wrapped around to capture her sense of styles.
